There are so many talented lesbian indie/alt-rock singer/songwriters right now, it's hard to keep them all straight (so to speak). Lady Pills's songs are mostly relationship complaints, with sharp wit and humor, and strong vocals. Her DIY sound is mostly guitar with drum tracks.
