Awesome Hit evaluates musical catalogs of performers coming to play live at mid-sized venues in Boston MA (The Sinclair, Roadrunner, The Stage at Suffolk Downs, Royale, MGM Music Hall, The Paradise, etc.) 

 

Ratings are posted ahead of their visit so you may get tickets if you hear something you like.  ​

Artists are lumped into these categories: 

• Trash - very difficult to listen to (sorry!)

• Meh - competent but unremarkable 

• Worth a Listen - good, but maybe a little uneven

• Honorable Mention - well crafted and enjoyable

• Awesome - highest recommendation
